How Does It Work?
- Step 1: Schedule an Initial Weight Management Consultation with Scott Hicks, FNP-C
- Arrive with blood labs if done within the last 6 months; lab orders will be placed through LabCorp as necessary (Please call our office for more details)
- *Pre-Consult with Amy VanValkenburg
- Step 2: Complete your Consultation with Scott Hicks, FNP-C, review blood work, and go over health objectives to create a treatment plan
- Step 3: Pick up your medication same-day
- Step 4: Schedule a monthly follow-up appointment with our RN
- (*Required to continue prescription medication)

Cancellation Policy: Please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
No Show-Policy: No-Shows or last-minute cancellations (three hours or less) will result in a fee of $50 to compensate for service providers' time. (Updated 6/1/23)
