How Does It Work?
- Step 1: Schedule an Initial Weight Management Consultation with Scott Hicks, FNP-C
- Arrive with blood labs if done within the last 6 months; lab orders will be placed through LabCorp as necessary

- Step 2: Complete your Consultation with Scott Hicks, FNP-C, review blood work, and go over health objectives to create a treatment plan
- Step 3: Pick up your medication same-day
- Step 4: Schedule a monthly follow-up appointment with our RN
- (Required to continue prescription medication)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or a No-Show will result in a $50 fee to compensate for service providers' time.
